Option 1: 1 hour of structured gym time which entails a warm up, obstacle courses, trampoline, tumble track, bars, beam and many fun filled games.
Option 2: 30 minutes of open gym styled activities which allows for more flexibility and for guests to use their desired equipment within the party area.
PARTY ROOM CELEBRATION
All parties include 45 minutes in the private party room. (food, drinks & decorations not provided). You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to setup and decorate your party room! Balloons are welcome. No piñata or confetti please. Pizza, fast food, sandwiches, wholesome meals are permitted, please do not bring hot saucy food/soup, popcorn and/or alcohol.

The base price for building your party package starts as low as $150!
Option 1: 1 hour of structured gym time with 45 minutes in party room $200
Option 2: 30 minute open gym time with 45 minutes in party room $150
Add the amount of guests during Step 2 of your party package builder.
Rules and Requirements
Any child under 3 must be accompanied by an adult. Any adults entering the gym for birthday parties are strictly prohibited from using the equipment.
No parents/adults are allowed in the gym during activity time. Adults are able to view their children from the viewing area.
NO flash photography.
Ensure you select the appropriate package for the number of guests you anticipate to have.
Changes are not permitted after your selection has been made as coaches are secured based on your choice of package.
Please ensure all food is nut-free. As we are a peanut/nut free facility.
Shorts/leggings; t-shirts/tanks; body suit
No jeans, dresses/skirts, belts, buckles, zippers, loose strings, or jewelry.
No socks are permitted inside the gym area
All guests must remove shoes prior to entering the facility. Parents may bring in slippers or indoor shoes for walking around the facility.
Please note that there may be classes or other events going on in the gym at the time of your party.
|Sign-in and completion of waiver for all guests is required. It is recommended that all parents print the online AGTC Party Waiver before coming to our facility and be familiar with the club’s Code of Conduct.|
BOOKING/CREATING YOUR PACKAGE
All party bookings are to be completed through our parent portal.
The available days and times listed in the portal are updated daily and are accurate with our gyms availability.
Please click on the parent portal link above or on the “Build Your Party Package” button at the top or bottom of the page to begin your booking process. There are 5 steps to be completed to book your party.
A $100 non refundable deposit is required upon booking.
A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to transfer your deposit to a subsequent party date. This non refundable deposit can not be transferred to any other program, event or person. Changes or cancellations within two weeks of the party date are not permitted.
