Why Do Parents Love Adrenaline?

At Adrenaline, our camp days are built around exciting themes that last the whole week! Each theme has its unique set of creative, STEM, and movement activities. You can sign your child up for just one week during the summer, or sign up for all nine!

Adrenaline gives kids professional instruction and guidance to grow and excel – and to have fun while they do it!

There are many benefits to getting gymnastics lessons for kids. For example, boys who are serious about other athletics, anything from soccer to hockey, can benefit greatly from the flexibility and balance they acquire through classes or lessons in gymnastics.

Why Kids Love our Camps!

Kids interested in gymnastics may also want to look at our acro camps, parkour camps and trampoline camps that focus on activities and skills that will be closely related or that have related practical applications.

Gymnastics is a sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.  Camp offers families the opportunity to get special attention for children or to spend Summer Break Camp with kids from like-minded families. Our camps include lessons, parkour games, challenges, and more. Whether a beginner or a long time student, our camps have something for everyone. 

How do camps work?

Our camps include AM or PM blocks, or combined AM and PM.

All campers scheduled for AM camp are picked up at noon.

All campers scheduled for PM camp arrived for 1PM

All campers for all day camp are supervised during the Noon-1pm lunch break and do not leave the premises.
