Ratio 1:1, designed for one participant to hone in on desired skills such as tumbling, which can be transferable to gymnastics, acro (dance) or cheer. Strength/flexibility/conditioning training is also available with a certified coach

Ratio 2:1, designed for 2-3 participants to hone in on desired skills such as tumbling, which can be transferable to gymnastics, acro (dance) or cheer. Strength/flexibility/conditioning training is also available with a certified coach


 Group Session

Ratio under 8:1, designed for 4-8 participants to hone in on desired skills such as tumbling, which can be transferable to gymnastics, acro (dance) or cheer. Strength/flexibility/conditioning training is also available with a certified coach


 Sports Team Session

Ratio under 25:1, designed for sport team specific dry-land cross training, with a certified personal trainer, focusing, but not limited to, strength training, flexibility and conditioning


What can you expect in any session?

Whether you’re looking to work on a specific skill for gymnastics or dance, or have a sport group come in for strength training and conditioning, we’ll provide your very own unique session to help you achieve your goals.

Once your dates and times are confirmed, you and the coach will discuss:

  1. What you are looking to achieve and in how much time
  2. What you are experiencing and how you feel that it is keeping you from reaching your goals
  3. The focus on where you are feeling blocked so that you can break out of it
  4. How to combine different techniques for improvement
  5. Identify any injuries, past or present, that would potentially prevent or delay progress

GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION

 1. SCHEDULE – All requested sessions must be scheduled in person prior to registration and payment.  All participants must register with Adrenaline in order to enroll for any session.  This includes private, semi-private and group sessions in which the parent of the participant is obliged to read, review and sign off on the terms and conditions.
 2. SESSIONS & PAYMENT – All sessions will be quoted according to your specifications (i.e. number of sessions, length of sessions and number of participants in a session). Once details have been confirmed.  All sessions require a non-refundable deposit of first session’s fees to be paid at time of registration in cash only. The next sessions payment must be paid at least 72 hours prior to your next session.
 3. TRAIN AS INSTRUCTED – Adrenaline Gymnastics has the right to restrict or revoke all or any part of a session for anyone who is not following guidelines and policies.
 4. SPECIFICS –  Private sessions are designed to work on specific skills. Be sure to address any and all skills that you anticipate to work on.  The coach will work with the participant to ensure they have the necessary skills that lead to those skills you would like to address. Not all areas of the gym are available during private sessions.
 5. A WAIVER is required to be signed in person during your initial registration.  All participants in any session will be required to sign a waiver.
 6. CANCELLATION on the club’s part –  Things do happen and conflict may arise…We will email the main contact for the session regarding any cancellations with at least 3 days’ notice.

 

 CANCELLATION POLICY

 1. Adrenaline Gymnastics requires a minimum 48-hr written email notice to cancel or change a scheduled session in order to transfer the session’s cost to another date, subject to our coach availability.  Adrenaline does not provide any refunds.If the necessary notice is provided on time, the deposit will be put towards your next available session. Failure to provide the necessary notice will result in applying the last session’s deposit to the cancelled/missed session and all further sessions will be cancelled.
 2. There are no refunds.  Any applicable credit will remain on your account for future use.  Should you decide to shorten your session or cancel with less than 48-hrs written notice, there will be no credit applied for that cancellation or change.
 3. In any session type, if any participant is a no-show, the session’s fees remain as quoted and no credit is applied.
 4.  We require a doctor’s note for all medical cancellations, including for emergencies that occur within 48 hours of the next session start time and date.
