Tuition: $85 +hst/month
Toddler Gymnastics will introduce your little one to gymnastics on various soft surfaces. Children will explore bars, beams and trampolines while supporting gross and fine motor skills, coordination, balance, strength and flexibility! Mom or Dad are involved in the class to aid in an intro to gymnastics. Children will enjoy structured activities that promote neural development, self-awareness and physical adaptation. They will also learn coordination, balance, strength and flexibility through basic gymnastics skills with tons of movement and exploration.

Co-ed Kindergym Fun!
KINDER FUN: 55 min
Ages: 2 Classes: 2.5-3.11yrs (Mini Kinder) and 4 – 5.11yrs (Kinder)
Tuition: $100+hst/month
Co-ed Fun Kindergym, Ages 2.5 – 5 years is designed to develop co-ordination, strength, balance, flexibility and self-confidence by using Fun, Fitness & Fundamentals. Structured classes help children learn to focus in a safe controlled environment. Students will get an introduction to all 4 artistic events; bars, beam, floor and vault. As well as an introduction to trampoline & Tumbling events.
Coaches and CIT’s will work to ensure social distancing as much as possible. Introducing Gymnastics Fun! Gym Fun incorporates all the an introduction to all gym levels. In order to assist our customers during these new times, we are moving to things around in order to help accommodate families with children of a variety of ages and levels, at similar times. Children will be split up into groups with similar ages and levels. This helps with their progression through our level systems while continuing to assist with scheduling for the busy parent.

Girls Recreational Fun!
RECREATIONAL: 85 min
Age: 6 + years
Tuition: $135.+hst/month
Recreational fun, We believe gymnastics is the foundation for all sports. By improving strength, coordination, flexibility and balance, children will develop a great base to help them in all other physical activities. This fun 90 minute class allows children to progress through our level system at their own pace and helps them to develop a positive and healthy self image. Watch their love for gymnastics grow as they bounce, tumble and flip towards a great foundation for all other endeavors. Here they will begin to develop co-ordination, strength, balance, flexibility, and self-confidence by using Fun, Fitness & Fundamentals. Girls Advanced Fun!
ADVANCED GIRLS: 115 min

Girls Advanced Fun! is designed to develop co-ordination, strength, balance, flexibility and self-confidence by using Fun, Fitness & Fundamentals.
Boys Recreational & Ninja /Parkour !
BOYS RECREATIONAL: 85 min
Age: 6+ years
Tuition: $135.+hst/month
Boys Recreational is a class that introduces your child to the men’s apparatus as well as our trampoline/tumbling ninja/parkour programs. These instructed classes will continue to develop listening skills as well as flexibility, strength & agility. Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks, through apparatus circuits, obstacle courses and various training techniques. Tumbling/Parkour According to the WFPF (World Free running Parkour Federation), parkour is the act of moving from point “a” to point “b” using the obstacles in your path to increase your efficiency.” It has origins in a training program for French Special Forces known as “Parcours du combatant,” or “The Path of the Warrior.” Athletes will explore different ways to utilize the floor, bars, walls, and gymnastics equipment to propel their body through space and over obstacles in a safe environment.

Tumbling/Acro for Dancers and Cheer!
ACRO/TUMBLING: 55 min
Age: 7+ years
Tuition: $100.+hst/month
Tumbling/Acro is developed to enhance your dancer or cheerleader with their Tumbling and Acro skills. Your athlete will be introduced to a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Through a variety of training techniques, presented in fun and exciting ways.

Trampoline Fun Ages 7+!
Age: 7+ years
Class Length: 55 min
Tuition: $100.+hst/month
Trampoline classes are excellent for detoxifying and draining lymph, increasing agility, coordination, stamina, flexibility, reflexes, mental focus, cardio, core strength, and much more. This 55 min class has a fun and social atmosphere. Learn skills at your own pace with our certified trampoline instructors.
For girls and boys 7+
Advanced Trampoline & Tumbling Fun Ages 7+!
Age: 7+ years Co-Ed
Class Length: 115 min
Tuition: $168+hst/month
Our Advanced T&T classes are an excellent way for you adventurist athlete to be challenged all while increasing agility, coordination, stamina, flexibility, reflexes, mental focus, cardio, core strength, and much more. This 2 hr class has a fun and social atmosphere. Learn skills at your own pace with our certified trampoline instructors.
For girls and boys 7+
Acrobatics Fun! Ages 4-5 & Ages 6+
Age: 2 classes (4-5) or (6+)
Class Length: 125 min
Tuition: $100 +hst/month
Acrobatics is developed to enhance your dancer or cheerleader with their Tumbling and Acro skills. Your athlete will be introduced to a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Through a variety of training techniques, presented in fun and exciting ways.

How Adrenaline’s Recreational Gymnastics Program Works:
Register at any time!
Continuous Enrollment – Register once and then continue until you give us notification that you will be dropping via email. We cannot backdate a drop request, so ensure that you reach out to us via email at agtcinformation@gmail.com before the first of the month, if you wish to take a break. There will be no classes held on stat holidays. Monthly tuition is based on 4 classes per month. If 4 classes are unable to be offered, tuition will be adjusted. If there are 5 days within the month the 5th day will be a drop in class, unless otherwise noted. The annual season program non-refundable fee of $40 (HST included) is applied to each participant during the July 1 – June 30 season at time of registration. This program fee is the Gymnastics Ontario insurance that is mandatory and transferable to/from any Gymnastics Ontario affiliated club during the active season. If you are transferring from another gym, please be sure to indicate this in the comments section when you register. This fee is not pro-rated for any reason. Exceptions: Birthday Parties and Events. Adrenaline gymnastics will increase their fee’s on Jan first of each year in accordance with the Ontario provincial cost of living rate.Please ensure you are subscribed to our email as to not miss out on our updates.
There are no makeups for any reason. Please make every effort to attend your scheduled class.
Credit card payment is required to complete registration and secure your spot, whether online, in person or over the phone. Accepted are: VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard.
Sibling Discount: 10% off second child, 10% off third. Multi-class Discount: 15% off second class for the same child. Late registrations will be pro-rated.
DECLINED CREDIT CARD OR LATE PAYMENT FEE – $15.00+HST. Payments must be made before attending class to avoid de-enrollment. (NSF Cheque Fee- $20.00+HST.)
IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED by the 1st of the month the athlete will be de-enrolled and the spot will not be held.
No refunds for any reason after registration is completed.
Our Classes focus on all areas of gymnastics: Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Acro, Ninja Trampoline, as well as strength and flexibility training.
Since we know that each child will progress at their own pace we have an easy to follow system for challenging their strengths and improving any weaknesses.
**All classes finish at the :55 or :25 minute mark. Please arrive on time for pick up.
