- Parent & Tot – A fun introduction for our youngest gymnasts alongside a parent or guardian.
- KinderGym / Preschool – Structured play and skill-building for ages 2–5.
- Recreational Gymnastics – Skill-based classes for all ages that focus on fun, strength, and confidence.
- Performance Team – A bridge between recreational and competitive gymnastics, perfect for athletes ready to take the next step.
- Competitive Program – Includes Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) teams for athletes training and competing at higher levels.
We also offer seasonal camps, special events, birthday parties, private lessons and drop-in opportunities throughout the year!
🗓️ Flexible Registration Options
Our Recreational Program is designed to fit your family’s schedule with three flexible registration options — so you can choose what works best for you!
1️⃣ Month-to-Month Enrollment
Perfect for families looking for flexibility.
Enrollment is ongoing — there are no session start or end dates.
Tuition is processed on the 1st of every month.
Continue for as long as you like — no need to re-enroll each term.
If you wish to pause or withdraw, simply email us before the 15th of the month to stop billing for the next cycle.
2️⃣ Full-Year Enrollment
Ideal for families who prefer consistency and a guaranteed spot all year long.
Start at the beginning of any month and commit to a full 12-month term.
This option ensures your child’s space is secured for the entire year.
Great for gymnasts looking to progress steadily with the same class group and coach.
3️⃣ Punch Passes
A flexible option for families who want to attend on their own schedule.
Purchase as many passes as you’d like — use them when it works for you!
Each pass is valid for one class visit within the recreational program.
Perfect for busy families or athletes balancing multiple activities.
No matter which option you choose, your child will receive the same high-quality instruction and positive AGTC experience.
Can my child try a class before committing?
Yes! New families are welcome to request a trial class directly through our website. Please note that trials are based on class availability, and trial requests are confirmed once payment is received.
When registering for a trial, families can view class options online — and once the trial is approved, it will automatically book the next available class and payment will be processed.
Please note: If you have previously attended AGTC and are looking to try a new/different class, you may do so by purchasing a single day punch pass.
Choosing the right class for your child is easy at Adrenaline Gymnastics & Training Centre (AGTC)!
Our recreational classes are organized by age, gender, and skill level, making sure every gymnast feels confident, challenged, and supported.
Here’s how it works:
🗓️ By Age & Gender
Class names correspond directly to the age range and gender of the participant.
For example:
An 8-year-old boy would register in Boys Recreational (Ages 6+).
A 4-year-old girl would join our Co-Ed Recreational (Ages 4–5) class.
Our co-ed and KinderGym options are perfect for younger athletes just starting their gymnastics journey, focusing on balance, coordination, and fun through movement!
🧩 By Skill & Experience
No experience? No problem!
All new gymnasts start in our recreational-level classes, where they learn foundational skills in a safe, structured environment.
If your child has previous gymnastics experience, we’ll help you find the most appropriate class to match their skill level and comfort.
Our coaches continuously assess athletes and may recommend a move to a more advanced class — such as one of our Advanced classes, Performance Team or Competitive — when they’re ready for new challenges.
At Adrenaline Gymnastics & Training Centre (AGTC), we welcome athletes of all ages — from our youngest movers to adults who still love to stay active!
Our programs begin as early as 6 months old with caregiver-and-tot style classes, and continue through teen and adult open gym for ages 14 and up.
It’s never too early — or too late — to discover the joy of movement at AGTC.
- Leotard or fitted athletic wear (no skirts or baggy clothing)
- Hair tied back, bare feet, no jewelry (except small stud earrings)
We encourage gymnasts to bring a labeled water bottle and come ready to move, learn, and have fun!
At Adrenaline Gymnastics & Training Centre (AGTC), every child progresses at their own pace — and we make sure their journey is supported every step of the way.
Our coaches follow our skill progression system designed to help gymnasts safely develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence.
Coaches observe and track skills throughout the year and will recommend class changes when a child is ready for a new challenge — whether that means moving to a more advanced recreational group or being invited to explore our Performance or Competitive programs.
Our coaches communicate progress regularly and celebrate each gymnast’s achievements in class.
At AGTC, progress is about more than just new skills — it’s about gaining confidence, mastering movement, and learning to love the process of growth.
We know life gets busy! If your child misses a recreational class, our system automatically issues a make-up token.
Each token is valid for 15 days from the date it’s issued and can be used to schedule another class in a comparable class within that time frame.
To qualify, your child must be actively registered in a current program when redeeming the make-up.
Please note: There are no make ups for Performance Teams or our Competitive Teams.
Yes! All of our coaches are NCCP-trained (National Coaching Certification Program) and certified through Gymnastics Ontario.
We’re proud of our coaching team — every instructor is trained in proper skill progressions, spotting techniques, and positive motivation strategies to help each athlete feel safe, supported, and inspired.
Your child’s safety is our top priority.
- Our facility is equipped with industry-standard gymnastics equipment and regularly inspected.
- A certified current First Aid and CPR certified coach/supervisor is always on site.
- Classes are capped to maintain appropriate coach-to-athlete ratios.
- Athletes warm up properly each class to prevent injury and ensure safe participation.
In case of injury or illness, our staff follow AGTC’s emergency procedures and contact families immediately if needed.
Yes — parents are welcome to watch from our designated viewing areas.
We kindly ask that parents remain in these spaces during class times to keep the gym floor distraction-free and safe for athletes and coaches.
Please arrive no more than 5–10 minutes before class to avoid crowding and ensure coaches can welcome each group smoothly.
For safety, athletes must wait inside the viewing area — not outdoors or on the gym floor — until their class is called in by a coach.
📍 Adrenaline Gymnastics & Training Centre
11030 Hwy 27, Kleinburg, Ontario, L0J 1C0
We have on-site parking available directly in front of the gym — please drive slowly and watch for children entering or exiting the facility.
💳 Fees & Payments
Yes. All participants are required to pay an annual Gymnastics Ontario program fee. This is a mandatory, once-per-season fee that ensures your child’s insurance coverage through Gymnastics Ontario.
The membership year runs from July 1st to June 30th each year.
For single-day participation — such as drop-ins, punch passes, or single-day camps/events — this fee will be due on or before the third visit.
Yes! Our program is designed to be flexible. Families can register at any time throughout the year for our month-to-month or full-year programs.
If a family registers mid-month, the system automatically prorates your tuition from your start date — so you’ll only pay for the remaining classes that month.
No, AGTC does not offer refunds for cancellations.
We understand plans change, which is why our programs are structured to give families the flexibility to adjust registration as needed.
All families at Adrenaline Gymnastics & Training Centre (AGTC) are required to have an active account with a valid credit card on file to secure their child’s spot in class.
We accept Visa and Mastercard (please note: American Express is not accepted).
Families also have the option to pay by cash or e-transfer if preferred. However, for month-to-month enrollments, payment must be received before the 1st of each month to prevent the credit card on file from being automatically charged.
Having a card on file ensures your child’s space remains guaranteed and your registration continues seamlessly from month to month.
Camps
Our AGTC camps are full of energy, creativity, and movement! Each day includes structured gymnastics time, games, challenges, crafts, and fun theme-based activities. Campers are grouped by age and skill level so everyone stays safe, active, and engaged.
Our camps run during school breaks, PA Days, and summer, and registration is available through your customer portal.
Not at all! Our camps are designed for all skill levels — from first-timers to experienced gymnasts. Our trained coaches adapt activities to each child’s comfort and ability, ensuring everyone feels included and confident.
You can register for single-day or full-week options (when available). Space is limited, so we recommend registering early to secure your preferred days.
Each child should bring:
- A labeled, resealable water bottle
- A snack (and an additional snack & lunch for full-day campers)
- Comfortable athletic clothing (no dresses, jeans, or zippers)
- Hair tied back and no jewelry (except small studs)
- For younger campers: a change of clothes just in case
A detailed “Camp Prep” email is sent to families the week before camp with all reminders and specifics.
