Recreational Classes

There are many benefits to doing gymnastics, both physical and mental. Gymnastics can help build strength, flexibility, balance and hand-eye coordination. Gymnastics classes are also a place for kids to be social and make friends in a safe, supervised environment. It can help teach kids how to follow directions, take turns, set and achieve goals and raise self esteem. Gymnastics can also teach them important mental strength such as: perseverance, patience and mental toughness.

Adrenaline’s recreational program runs on a monthly basis. This means there is no long term commitment, you can get started at any time and create your own term!

Adrenaline offers girls artistic, boys artistic, girls & boys Trampoline/Tumbling/Acro

Adrenaline Gymnastics classes are based on age and gender, the class names coincide with these parameters. If you have an 8 year old boy you wuold register him in the Boys Rec ages 6+ class. If you have a 4 year old girl she would join the Co-ed Rec Ages 4-5 class.

Adrenaline Gymnastics has drop in classes starting for as young as newborns! The structured recreational classes go up to age 14, we then have Adult drop in open gym for ages 14 & up.

Students should wear comfortable athletic wear: tank top, t-shirt, shorts or stretchy pants. Socks / shoes are not to be worn into the gym. Hair should be pulled back out of the face and jewellery should be removed for safety reasons. Girls are welcome to wear gymnastics suits but they are not mandatory.

We know that things can sometimes pop up such as sickness, holidays, and meetings. You can make up one missed class a month. You will automatically get a makeup token on to your account once your student is marked as absent. This makeup token will be valid for 45 days! You can register for your make up class online through your parent portal, call the front desk or send an email!

Adrenaline’s classes are first based on age and then on level. To move up classes your child has to enter the new age bracket or complete their levels. Each age bracket of classes has a Bronze, Silver and Gold level class. Within the Bronze, Silver and Gold classes there are 3 levels, making up a total of 9 levels.

Alternatively, if you and your child are looking for a more challenging class your child can be tested to join our Pre-Team or Competitive Team.

Since classes are on a monthly basis payment is processed on the 1st of the month. If you are joining half way through the month payment will be pro-rated based on the amount of classes remaining.

With Adrenaline Gymnastics being on a monthly basis with no long term commitment our cancellation policy is quite simple!

All we require is an email sent to agtcinformation@gmail.com requesting your cancellation date. As long as it is received before the 1st of the month you would like to cancel for there will be no payment processed.
