**Note: Children should bring nut free lunch/snacks & water bottle. PIZZA LUNCH WILL BE OFFERED AS AN OPTION EVERY FRIDAY. All campers must be fully toilet trained. Children should wear athletic attire which should not be loose or overly baggy, no jewelry, long hair should be tied back. Bare feet are best.
CAMP GUIDELINES
Registration: Camp registration will close on the Friday prior to the week starting. Last minute registrations must be called in for approval; no walks in please. Registrations can be completed through the portal, over the phone or in person by appt only.
Drop Off & Pick up: Adrenaline offers a KISS & RIDE drop off and pick up system, beginning at 8:45am-9am. You are welcome to park at the front and walk your child to the drop off door where you MUST sign them in before leaving. At the time of drop off a staff member will validate that the required Student Policies have been accepted. You are welcome to walk your child in, you will be required to remove your shoes and take them with you so you are able to EXIT through the side door. Pick-up will be at the SIDE door with a designated staff member where you will be asked to sign your camper out. Every one is to EXIT through the SIDE door!
Attendance of campers: All campers must be signed in and signed out with a parent(s) or authorized person(s) present for each day.
Come prepared for camp: Bring a backpack to place all belongings in, along with a resealable spill proof water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing, hair tied up and for younger campers please pack an extra pair of clothes just in case.
Food: For all campers please pack a litterless lunch as well as two healthy snacks.
Don’t forget a labelled on your refillable spill proof water bottle!
We are a nut free facility, which means all snacks and lunch items must be Peanut and Tree nut free.
Please list any and all allergies on your students profile.
Cancellations: The camp $50 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable between programs and/or athletes. All cancellation requests must be made via email to agtcinformation@gmail.com on or before the Wednesday prior to your registered camp week. Any notice received as of Thursday where only the deposit has been processed will require no further action (ie no refund or credit or further payments for camp). Any camp paid in full prior to Thursday will result in a credit on the account less the $50 deposit for cancellations received before Thursday.

Adrenaline Gymnastics follows the The Child Care and Early Years Act 2014 (Bill 10). Camps are open to students ages 4-16.
