Rules and Requirements
General Policies 
Parents must drop off and go. 
NO flash photography. Balloons are welcome. No piñata or confetti please. Please do not bring popcorn and/or alcohol.
Please ensure all food is nut-free. As we are a peanut/nut free facility.
| Attire Shorts/leggings; t-shirts/tanks; body suit.
No jeans, dresses/skirts, belts, buckles, zippers, loose strings, or jewelry.

No socks are permitted inside the gym area. All guests must remove shoes prior to entering the facility. Parents may bring in slippers or indoor shoes for walking around the facility.
Please note that there may be classes or other events going on in the gym at the time of your party.

Booking Information
BOOKING/CREATING YOUR PACKAGE
All gymnastics party bookings can be completed through our Parent Portal, over the phone or in person!
DEPOSIT
A $100 non refundable deposit is required upon booking.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE
A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to transfer your deposit to a subsequent gymnastics party date. Changes or cancellations within two weeks of the party date are not permitted. Cancellations within this period will result in a loss of the Deposit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments can be made online in your parent portal with Visa, Mastercard or Visa Debit Cards. You can also pay by cash or cheque in person.
