Gymnastics Party Package Options!
Package 1: Gym & Party Room Ages 4+ years
~1 hour structured gymnastics party time (obstacle courses, trampoline, bars, beam and fun filled games!)
~1 hour & 45 minutes in a private party room coinciding with gym time!
~10 guests! (extra kids ages 4+ $12/each)
*This package is for ages 4+ only no participants under 4 are permitted in the main Gym
Price: $300 plus tax
*Children under 4 may be added at an extra charge and require a non-participating adult accompaniment.

Package 2: Gym Only

*This package is for ages 0-5 yrs only no participants over 5 are permitted in the Kinder Gym
Price: $300 plus tax
*For Children Over 4 the main gym may be added at an extra charge. Please be aware that this add-on is for participants over the age of 4 yrs only.
Gymnastics Party Days & Times
Saturdays & Sundays: Start times between 2:30pm & 6:00pm
Please look on the parent portal or give us a call to check availability for your desired date and time.
When booking please book the maximum number of children scheduled to attend so we can ensure we have coaches available. We can always remove a coach but cannot always get a coach at the last minute, and this might result in some of the children not being able to participate. Party balance is due the Monday before the party. The Monday following the party any changes to the number of attendees charged for already will be adjusted.
Party Invitations are available for Pick up or E-invites can also be sent upon request.

Balloons are welcome. No piñata or confetti please. Please do not bring popcorn and/or alcohol.
Please ensure all food is nut-free. As we are a peanut/nut free facility.
No jeans, dresses/skirts, belts, buckles, zippers, loose strings, or jewelry.
 Sign-in and completion of waiver for all guests is required. |
Booking Information
BOOKING/CREATING YOUR PACKAGE
All gymnastics party bookings can be completed through our Parent Portal, over the phone or in person!
DEPOSIT
A $100 non refundable deposit is required upon booking.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE
A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to transfer your deposit to a subsequent gymnastics party date. Changes or cancellations within two weeks of the party date are not permitted. Cancellations within this period will result in a loss of the Deposit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments can be made online in your parent portal with Visa, Mastercard or Visa Debit Cards. You can also pay by cash or cheque in person.
