🎉 Adrenaline Build-Your-Own Birthday Party!
Our base package ($250 + HST) includes 1 hour in the gym for up to 10 participants with exciting gymnastics fun led by our energetic party staff.
Customize your celebration with our add-on options:
Access to both gyms for extra space and activities
Use of our party room for food, cake, and gifts
Additional participants can be added for $15 each

Gymnastics Party Days & Times
Saturdays & Sundays: Generally have Start times between 2:30pm & 4:00pm
Or please give us a call to check availability for your desired date and time.
When booking please book the maximum number of children scheduled to attend so we can ensure we have coaches available. We can always remove a coach but cannot always get a coach at the last minute, and this might result in some of the children not being able to participate. Party balance is due the Monday before the party. Party host families are permitted to arrive 15 min before the scheduled start time of the party.
Party Invitations are available for Pick up or E-invites can also be sent upon request.

General Party Information
General Policies
NO flash photography.
Balloons are welcome. No piñata or confetti please. Please do not bring popcorn. Alcohol is not permitted.
Sign-in and completion of waiver for all guests is required.

 Comfortable clothing We highly discourage hoodies, dresses or Jeans. Long hair tied back.
No socks are permitted inside the gym area.  |
Please ensure all food is nut-free. As we are a peanut/nut free facility.
No jeans, dresses/skirts, belts, buckles, zippers, loose strings, or jewelry.
Booking Information
BOOKING/CREATING YOUR PACKAGE
All gymnastics party bookings can be completed in the parent portal or in person!
DEPOSIT
A $100 non refundable deposit is required upon booking.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE
A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to transfer your deposit to a subsequent gymnastics party date. Changes or cancellations within two weeks of the party date are not permitted. Cancellations within this period will result in a loss of the Deposit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments can be made online in your parent portal with Visa, Mastercard or Visa Debit Cards. You can also pay by cash in person.
