Mini Performance Team
Ages 2-3 years
Athletes must be assessed and accepted into this program.
Our Mini Performance Team is designed for our youngest athletes ready to take their first step beyond recreational gymnastics. In this program, children begin to experience a more structured training environment while continuing to build their foundation of balance, coordination, and strength. This class is perfect for little gymnasts who show enthusiasm for gymnastics and may one day move into higher levels of training.
Participants are required to take part in two in-house events during the year. A green gymnastics team suit is required and purchased at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy: A one-month notice is required, with classes ending at the time of notice.
COST: $250 + HST per month.
Performance Team 1
Ages 3-5 years
Performance Team 1 provides young athletes with the opportunity to train in a more focused and progressive environment. This program bridges the gap between recreational gymnastics and the competitive pathway, while still keeping the fun and excitement of gymnastics at the forefront. Gymnasts in this program develop skills, strength, flexibility, and discipline in a supportive setting tailored to their age and ability.
Participants are required to take part in two in-house events during the year. A green gymnastics team suit is required and purchased at the time of registration.

COST: $300 + HST per month
Performance Team 2, 3, & 4
Ages 6+
Athletes must be assessed and accepted into these programs.
The next step for athletes looking to further their skills in a team-based environment. These programs serve as a gateway between recreational and competitive gymnastics—ideal for gymnasts who may be interested in preparing for competition in the future, as well as those who prefer a non-competitive, yet challenging program. Training focuses on building strong fundamentals, advancing skill progressions, and instilling confidence in every athlete. Whether aiming toward competition or simply enjoying a higher level of gymnastics, athletes will thrive in this program.
Athletes will have the opportunity to showcase their skills at two in-house events, as well as a Gymnastics Ontario-affiliated Interclub event (costs for these events are not included in the monthly fee). A blue gymnastics team suit is required.

COST: $350 + HST per month
