Performance Gymnastics Program at Adrenaline

At Adrenaline, our Performance Gymnastics Program is designed for athletes who show exceptional potential and a love for the sport. These groups train in a structured, goal-driven environment with a focus on skill development, confidence building, and performance experience. Entry into all Performance groups is by assessment only and athletes must commit to training twice per week for the full school year (September–June).

Performance Team 4

Ages: 3–4 years
Schedule: 2 trainings/week, 1.5 hours each (Total: 3 hours/week)
Cost: $300 + HST/month or full-year tuition registration option 

This introductory performance group is ideal for young athletes ready for more focused, skill-based training. Classes emphasize foundational gymnastics, body awareness, and movement patterns through fun, engaging instruction.

  • Teamwear: Performance team suit (purchased at registration)

  • Events: Two in-house performance events per year

  • Cancellation Policy: One-month written notice required; classes end at notice date

Performance Team 3

Ages: 4–6 years
Schedule: 2 trainings/week, 2 hours each (Total: 4 hours/week)
Cost: $350 + HST/month or full-year tuition registration option 

This group is for athletes progressing from foundational skills toward intermediate gymnastics development. Athletes continue to train in a positive, supportive environment with a greater emphasis on form, strength, and control.

  • Events: Two in-house events + one Gymnastics Ontario Interclub event (event fees extra)

  • Cancellation Policy: One-month written notice required; classes end at notice date

Performance Team 3

Ages: 6–9 years
Schedule: 2 trainings/week, 2 hours each (Total: 4 hours/week)
Cost: $350 + HST/month or full-year tuition registration option

Athletes in this group continue refining and building their skills while developing stronger technique, confidence, and teamwork. Training includes skill progressions, strength, and performance preparation.

Performance Team 3

Ages: 9+ years

This advanced-level group is for experienced athletes who demonstrate a strong commitment to gymnastics. Training is focused on advanced skill development, leadership, and performance readiness.
